Your challenge

To date, Hero excels as a mediator for Interim Professionals. Following on from this, Hero now wants to set up a serious Recruitment and Selection branch as well. And this is where your challenge lies! You will build our services from A to Z, build a team, set up processes, but at the same time also carry out the services hands-on. A real quartermaster position, with plenty of room for growth.
What will you do?
This position is full of challenges and growth opportunities, both short- and long-term. We are looking for someone with the ambition to work with us to make this a success and establish strategic partnerships. This means that you will:
- Actief op zoek gaat naar nieuwe opdrachtgevers en kandidaten
- Kandidaten werft, selecteert en matcht op specifieke aanvragen
- Een sterk netwerk opbouwt en langdurige relaties onderhoudt met opdrachtgevers en professionals
- Samenwerkt met andere teams om bestaande samenwerkingen verder uit te bouwen
- Processen ontwikkelt en implementeert om de W&S-afdeling te laten groeien
- Een leidende rol speelt in de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling en het toekomstige team
This is you
- Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring met werving & selectie of recruitment
- Completed college education
- Ervaring met IT-profielen is een pré
- Sterke commerciële drive en een bewezen track record in relatiebeheer en business development

- Salaris tussen € 3.500 en € 4.500 bruto (o.b.v. 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring)
