Your challenge
Als gedreven Talent Acquisition Specialist speel jij een sleutelrol in de verdere groei van Hero vanuit ons kantoor in Hoorn. Hero is een ambitieus groeibedrijf binnen de flexmarkt en dat betekent: continu nieuwe collega’s aantrekken die écht bij ons passen. Met jouw werk lever je een directe bijdrage aan onze BHAG: het grootste, mooiste en beste bedrijf van de flexmarkt worden én blijven.
Vanuit Hoorn zorg jij voor een constante instroom van kwalitatief sterke kandidaten. Je bent sterk in sourcing, weet precies welke wervingskanalen je wanneer inzet en daagt jezelf continu uit om op een slimme en effectieve manier in contact te komen met (potentiële) nieuwe collega’s. Je bouwt actief aan een duurzame kandidatenpipeline en laat niet los tot de juiste match is gemaakt.
In deze recruitmentrol werk je nauw samen met interne stakeholders op jouw locatie in Hoorn. Je kent de teams, begrijpt hun wervingsbehoefte en weet dit te vertalen naar The Perfect Match. Van het eerste contact tot en met het aanbod ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de kandidaat en zorg je voor een positieve en professionele candidate experience. Tegelijkertijd houd je hiring managers en andere stakeholders continu aangehaakt, zodat er draagvlak en betrokkenheid is gedurende het hele wervingsproces.

- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in recruitment of talent acquisition
- Minimum hbo working and thinking level
- Aantoonbare ervaring met sourcing en het opbouwen van een kandidatenpipeline
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve, vasthoudende houding
- Enthousiasme en overtuigingskracht om talent aan Hero te binden.

- Een goed salaris tussen € 3.250 en € 5.500 bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring
