You are driven, commercial and ready to learn the recruitment profession. At Hero, you will get the chance to develop yourself into a top recruiter in a dynamic market.
Hero Academy - Your start as a recruiter
No experience? No problem! In the first month(s), you will receive intensive coaching via our Hero Academy. You will receive training in sales, communication and recruitment techniques. Step by step, you will learn how to find professionals, how to convince candidates and how to make the perfect match. After this period, you will transfer to a team where you will receive further coaching and can really accelerate your career.
As a Recruitment Trainee at Hero, you play a crucial role in finding The Perfect Match. As soon as a client has a request for an interim professional, you get to work. You interact with your team, utilise Hero's existing network and actively search for new professionals. This is a commercial role in which rapid switching, proactive calling and smart networking are key. You are not afraid to pick up the phone, enthuse and negotiate.
What will you do?
- For the first 4 weeks of your new career, you will receive training from our Hero Academy
- Smart and creative search - Through LinkedIn, our network and other channels, you will find the right person
- Making lots of calls and networking - You will learn how to convince people and build strong relationships.
- Liaise with client or Account Manager to research what companies need
- Working together in a close-knit team where you will learn from experienced colleagues
- Step by step developing your commercial skills and getting better at recruitment
