Your challenge
Als Trainee Recruitment op Schiphol stap je in bij de grootste locatie van Hero. Hier werk je voor topklanten, leer je van de beste recruiters en krijg je de tools om snel te groeien. Je start met de Hero Academy en stroomt daarna door in het team.
Hero bemiddelt meer dan 2.000 interim professionals bij opdrachtgevers in heel Nederland. Schiphol is Hero’s hub voor grote klanten en MSP-trajecten. Als trainee krijg je direct toegang tot de meest uitdagende opdrachten in de markt.
Hero groeit jaarlijks met 30 tot 40 procent. Op Schiphol voel je die ambitie direct: groot klantenportfolio, dynamisch team en de ruimte om snel door te groeien van Trainee naar volwaardig recruiter.
What will you do?
- Starten met de Hero Academy: training in recruitment, sales en communicatie
- Actief zoeken naar interim professionals
- Samenwerken met accountmanagers om The Perfect Match te maken
- Interviews voeren en kandidaten presenteren aan opdrachtgevers
- Groeien naar volwaardig recruiter
