What will you do?
- Werven, selecteren en matchen van kandidaten op uitdagende opdrachten
- Keer op keer maken van de perfect match binnen 48 uur
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk netwerk binnen jouw vakgebied
- Sterke relaties opbouwen met leveranciers en professionals
- Junior collega’s begeleiden en ondersteunen
- Meebouwen aan de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van Hero
This is you
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als recruiter, bij voorkeur in de flexmarkt of uitzendbranche
- Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding
- Affiniteit met IT is een pré
- Sterke commerciële drive en een passie voor recruitment
- Proactief, resultaatgericht en een echte netwerker
