Your challenge

Bij Hero leiden we talent op voor de praktijk. Onze Academy is geen school, maar leren door te werken: trainees worden intensief begeleid en zijn na het programma direct inzetbaar op de werkvloer. 

De basis van onze Academy staat, en nu is het tijd voor de volgende stap. We willen het programma voor onze Recruitment Trainees intensiveren en uitbreiden. Daarnaast willen we ook andere leerlijnen ontwikkelen, zoals voor collega’s van Contracts, Finance en Accountmanagement. Daarom zoeken we een Lead Trainer & Academy Developer die zowel kan trainen als bouwen: iemand die trainees inspireert, het programma doorontwikkelt én de Academy laat meegroeien met Hero. 


What will you do

In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen van onze Academy. Je combineert training geven met Learning & Development

  • Je ontwikkelt en vernieuwt trainingsprogramma’s en leerlijnen (recruitment én nieuwe disciplines)
  • Je traint en coacht trainees binnen de Academy (traineeships en verdiepende modules) 
  • Je creëert trainingen voor verschillende thema’s (bijv. Recruitment, Contracts, Finance, Accountmanagement) 
  • Je bewaakt het niveau en de inzetbaarheid van trainees op de werkvloer 
  • Je schakelt met interne stakeholders en zorgt voor heldere communicatie en rapportage

This is you

Je bent een sterke trainer met visie: je vindt het leuk om voor een groep te staan én om een programma structureel te verbeteren. 

  • Je hebt ervaring met training & coaching en/of learning & development (onderwijskundig is een pré). 
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar recruitmentervaring. 
  • Je kunt trainingen niet alleen geven, maar ook ontwikkelen en verbeteren. 
  • Je bent energiek, gestructureerd en weet mensen mee te krijgen. 
  • Je krijgt energie van het intensief begeleiden en coachen van trainees op de werkvloer

Our reward!

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.250 en € 5.250 op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring
  • Een persoonlijk opleidingsbudget om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen
  • Netto vergoeding van telefoon-, sport- en internetkosten
  • Dagelijks een verzorgde lunch op ons kantoor in WTC Schiphol
