Your challenge
In this position, you combine legal content, accuracy and cooperation. You are a key point of contact for contractual and legal issues and ensure that agreements are recorded clearly, correctly and consistently.
Thanks to your legal affinity, you quickly make connections between contract terms, laws and regulations and practical implementation. You switch smoothly between different stakeholders and monitor the quality of our contracts.
You will join an organisation that is growing and professionalising. This requires initiative, flexibility and adaptation to change. You will be given this space: you will actively contribute to process improvements, automation and the further expansion of our MSP contract department.
You start with an extensive induction programme, in which you get to know our systems, working methods and legal frameworks step by step. In the initial phase, you will work partly at different locations in order to collaborate optimally with colleagues. Every month, the entire contract team meets to share knowledge and improve processes.
What will you do?
- First point of contact for contractual and legal questions from suppliers, clients and candidates
- Reviewing contracts for content, completeness and legal correctness
- Ensuring correct recording and clear alignment of contract agreements
- Identifying risks and proposing solutions
- Proactive thinking on process improvement, automation and professionalisation
- Working intensively with colleagues within the contract team (multiple locations)
This is you
- HBO working and thinking level, with 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Legal knowledge or a strong affinity with contractual and legal issues
- Your work is meticulous, analytical and quality-oriented
- Stress-resistant and comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Customer- and service-oriented, with a real team player mentality
- Proactive, enterprising and flexible
- Strong communication and social skills
- Dutch at C2 level
- Pre: experience with Salesforce
