Your challenge
Als Accountmanager bij Hero bouw jij aan langdurige klantrelaties, spot je commerciële mogelijkheden en zorg je ervoor dat bedrijven keer op keer voor Hero kiezen. Jij begrijpt de markt, weet wat opdrachtgevers nodig hebben en maakt altijd samen met jouw recruitmentteam The Perfect Match. Dat is waar Hero voor staat!
Hero wins great big tenders, and you make sure that these clients are optimally served, so that Hero is and remains top-of-mind. As an Account Manager, you want to know everything about our clients and think beyond the standard question. You understand the challenges of hiring managers and translate them into concrete solutions.
You work closely with the team of recruiters - you are one team and depend on each other for success. You are facilitators in your cooperation and ensure that the recruiters can optimally do what they do best: find the right professionals. Together, you make the difference.
You will also play an important role in field management. We mediate interim professionals and at Hero, we believe it is important to stay connected with all our candidates working for our end clients. By actively maintaining contact, you will stay informed about what is going on within organisations and you will strengthen the bond with the professionals who make an impact with our clients on a daily basis.
Your success? Strong client relationships, growing collaborations, engaged professionals and satisfied candidates.
What will you do?
- Building and maintaining relationships - You are the point of contact for your customers.
- Translating customer needs to the right professionals - You know exactly who they need.
- Collaborating with recruiters - Together, you make the perfect matches.
- Facilitation within the team - You ensure that cooperation runs smoothly and everyone can excel.
- Perform field management - You liaise with our interim professionals and stay connected to what is going on at the client.
- Expanding our network - You spot opportunities and turn them into business.
- Negotiate contracts and terms - You ensure the best deals.
This is you
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als accountmanager in de arbeidsbemiddeling
- Bachelor's level of education
- Available 40 hours a week
- Strong in relationship management and translating customer needs into concrete solutions
- Results-oriented, entrepreneurial and communicatively strong
