As a fast-growing company, we want to move forward every day and be better than the day before. When you work at Hero, it’s important that you share that same drive — to keep challenging yourself, to step outside your comfort zone and to continue developing new knowledge and skills. We support you with professional coaching, training programmes, courses, and relevant literature. And of course, we provide all the tools and resources you need to keep progressing every single day.
Movement and relaxation
We actively encourage movement — and this time we don’t mean personal development, but actual physical activity. After a productive day at work, it’s great to unwind, play sports and recharge your energy. That’s why everyone at Hero receives a fully equipped sports outfit, including a sports bag. We also organise padel and squash evenings, tennis battles, boxing sessions, running training and many other sporting activities. Because if you want to get things moving, you have to take the first step yourself.
Just ... because we like it!
We also do things simply because we enjoy them. A good example is our tradition of working abroad for two weeks each year with the entire team. In 2022, for example, we worked from Marbella. A change of environment brings new inspiration and insights — and above all, it’s great fun.
Another great example is our own games room — because we love games. During lunch and after work, you’re welcome to play table tennis, darts or show off your pool skills. We also have plenty of board games available, as well as our own bar, which we certainly make good use of during Friday-afternoon drinks.

And that’s not all… Think of excellent lunches prepared by our in-house chef, fantastic workspaces with sit/stand desks, all the Apple equipment you need, quiet focus rooms and meeting spaces — and plenty more we’d love to tell you about.
