That means sharpening applications with clients, writing out applications, recruiting candidates, interviewing candidates, introducing candidates to clients, sharing knowledge, recognising and creating opportunities. You are always switching, calling, emailing. Every day, you are 100% committed to serving clients, candidates and colleagues.
