Your challenge

To date, Hero excels as a mediator for Interim Professionals. Following on from this, Hero now wants to set up a serious Recruitment and Selection branch as well. And this is where your challenge lies! You will build our services from A to Z, build a team, set up processes, but at the same time also carry out the services hands-on. A real quartermaster position, with plenty of room for growth.
What will you do?
This position is full of challenges and growth opportunities, both short- and long-term. We are looking for someone with the ambition to work with us to make this a success and establish strategic partnerships. This means that you will:
- Actively seek out new clients and candidates;
- Recruit, select and match candidates on specific applications;
- Builds a strong network and maintains long-term relationships with clients and professionals;
- Collaborates with other teams to build on existing collaborations;
- Develops and implements processes to grow the S&S department;
- Play a leading role in the further development of the department and future team.
This is you
✔ Minimum 3-5 years' experience in recruitment or recruitment;
✔ Completed college education;
✔ Experience with IT profiles is a plus;
✔ Strong commercial drive and a proven track record in relationship management and business development.

- Salary between €3,500 - €4,500 gross (based on 40 hours, depending on experience);
