Your challenge
Leadership is in your DNA - you keep the team sharp and quality high! We are looking for a Teamlead Recruitment to manage a team of 4/5 recruiters, structure processes and take ultimate responsibility for making The Perfect Match time after time.
With 600 requests per team and a turnaround time of 48 hours per request, speed and quality are essential. You keep the overview and ensure that the team works together optimally, so that applications are dealt with quickly and carefully. You monitor quality and present only the best candidates. In addition, you coach and develop the recruiters so that they become better and better at their job. You work closely with account managers and ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly. Thanks to your approach and hands-on mentality, the team performs, targets are met and every match is a success!
What will you do?
· Coordinate and distribute requests within the team;
· Manage, coach and mentor recruiters;
· Screen and match CVs for quality;
· Support and train trainees;
· Weekly's organised with your team and switching with account managers;
· Monitor cooperation within the team;
· Maintain direct contact with customers.
This is you
✔ Completed college education;
✔ Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience (experience in interim mediation is a plus);
✔ Available 40 hours a week (working with the office team);
✔ Strong commercial and coaching skills - you motivate, steer and get the best out of your team;
✔ IT knowledge and understanding of the market;
✔ An eye for quality and the drive to make the team perform at its best;
✔ Results-oriented and creative - you think beyond standard solutions and ensure the team scores time and again.
