Your challenge

As an Account Manager at Hero, you will build long-term client relationships, spot commercial opportunities and ensure that companies choose Hero time and again. You understand the market, know what clients need and always make The Perfect Match.
Hero regularly brings in large accounts, and you ensure that these customers not only stay, but also grow. As an Account Manager at Hero, you think beyond the standard question. You understand the challenges of hiring managers and translate them into concrete solutions. You work closely with recruiters and ensure that candidates are a perfect fit for the client. Your success? Strong client relationships, growing collaborations and satisfied candidates.
What will you do?
- Building and maintaining relationships - You are the point of contact for your customers

This is you
✔ Minimum 5 years' experience as an account manager or in business services
✔ Bachelor's level of work and thinking
✔ Available 40 hours a week
✔ Strong in relationship management and translating customer needs into concrete solutions
✔ Results-oriented, entrepreneurial and communicatively strong
✔ You see opportunities and know how to turn them into long-term partnerships
