Your challenge

As Salesforce Developer at Hero Interim Professionals, you are the driving force behind our technological progress. You develop, optimise and implement new functionalities that not only improve our internal processes, but also have a direct impact on our services. We are looking for someone who can work independently, but is also a real team player. Your expertise and fresh ideas are welcome - indeed, we are counting on them! 

You will work within a close-knit team of developers where a lot is shared. Together, you will work on innovative projects such as the ATS system (applicant tracking system), a supplier and candidate portal and Case Management for our Contracts department. After onboarding, you will immediately know where to start, you will give solicited and unsolicited advice and together we will raise the department to a higher level! 

This is what you will do:  

  • Develop solutions built on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud;
  • Programming Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex;
  • Actively contribute ideas and help decide on process improvements and other technical enhancements;  
  • Retrieve requirements from the business and implement them;  
  • Working as a team via Scrum methodology;
  • Working with REST APIs and integrating external systems.

You love challenges and are not afraid to introduce new ideas. At Hero, ambition is high, which means you can grow continuously. In addition, you have:

✔ Minimum 3 years' experience as a Salesforce Developer;

✔ Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud; Service Cloud is a plus;

✔ At least a completed college degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering;

✔ A socially engaged attitude and open to chat;

✔ Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certification is a plus;
