Your challenge
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive - New Business with guts. Someone who effortlessly converts cold acquisition into warm, valuable relationships. A true pioneer with an eye for opportunities, a strong commercial instinct and the drive to grow Hero nationwide.
From our office in Alkmaar, you will serve clients throughout the Netherlands. You know how to reach the right decision makers, how to build trust and how to present Hero's services convincingly. No threshold is too high, no opportunity too small, you take it.
Your success? A well-stocked pipeline, new national clients and an ever-growing network.
What will you do?
- Bringing in new customers and building lasting relationships
- Performing cold and lukewarm acquisition, you never miss an opportunity
- Smart and creative networking: you know exactly how to get to the table
- Selling Hero services convincingly
- Working with internal colleagues to ensure a smooth handover
This is you
- At least 2 years of business sales experience or experience in interim mediation
- Bachelor's level of education
- Perseverance and solution orientation
- Available 40 hours a week
- Result-oriented, entrepreneurial and creative
- Driving licence
- Dutch C2 level
