Your challenge
Do you want to develop your talent for numbers in practice? As a Financial Administration assistant, you will ensure that our financial processes are tight, fast and error-free. You are the one who turns rough time records into flawless invoices with a keen eye for detail. Switching quickly and working accurately are effortless for you: you immediately see when something is not right, ask questions and solve it before it becomes a problem.
You process purchase invoices from professionals, check data carefully and keep an overview, even when the pressure is high. Especially in the first two weeks of the month, the peak moment, your head remains cool and your work meticulous. Thanks to your helicopter view, you always see the big picture and know exactly what has priority.
Because you have a lot of contact with suppliers, freelancers and internal teams, you communicate clearly and easily. You ask critical questions, think along with solutions and take responsibility for your part of the process.
A role in which you learn a lot, are given responsibility and can grow.
Within 3 months, you will manage your own client portfolio and invoice independently. After 6 months, you also pick up payments and various checks on purchased and sold hours. And within 12 months, you'll be rotating in client implementations and larger financial improvement projects.
What will you do
- You ensure timely and correct invoicing of hours to our customers
- You reconcile purchase invoices and check for accuracy and completeness
- You enter purchase invoices and keep financial data up-to-date
- You have telephone contact with suppliers and freelancers regarding invoices, data and status updates
- You process bank mutations and monitor that payments are settled
- You perform checks on purchased and sold hours
- You will work closely with Sales and Contracts.
This is you
- You are accurate, analytical and stress-resistant
- HBO working and thinking level with preferably a financial background
- Pre affinity with IT and/or experience in the secondment or interim sector
- Great if you already have experience working in Business Central
- Dutch C2 level
- Communicatively strong and a team player
- Solution-oriented and independent.
