Your challenge
As a Contracts Officer, you will be the connecting link between our MSP/IP clients, suppliers and candidates. A great role where you will work from our new location at Schiphol Airport.
In this position, you will combine precise administrative work with a strong customer focus. Not only will you be responsible for processing, checking and completing contract files, but you will also be directly available to customers with their contractual and legal questions. You will help them quickly and clearly, think of solutions and ensure that all information is properly coordinated with the right parties.
As a result, you fulfil a role in which you both closely monitor processes and actively contribute to a smoother service. You see where things can be improved, think about process optimisations and help our contract department to develop further. A role in which quality, cooperation and visibility towards customers come together.
- You are the first point of contact for contract-related questions from suppliers, clients and candidates
- You complete contract files: you request missing data, carefully check documents and ensure that everything is processed completely and error-free
- You think about improvements in the contract process and identify opportunities to work smarter, faster or clearer.
This is you
You have social skills, are precise, analytical and find it logical that quality always comes first. In an environment with peak moments, you remain calm and keep an overview.
- HBO working and thinking level with 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Accurate, analytical and stress-resistant
- Customer- and service-oriented and team player qualities
- Strong communication and social skills
- Pre legal knowledge and experience with Salesforce
- You work very precisely and always aim for top quality
- Dutch C2 level
Our reward!
- A gross monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,250
