The moment a request for an interim professional comes in from a Hero client, you and your team will work together to find The Perfect Match. To this end, you will frequently communicate with the client, make use of Hero's network of candidates and search for professionals who are not yet part of our network. You make the difference by being creative and you do not hesitate to pick up the phone frequently. Step by step, you will build a relationship with clients and interim professionals.

Hero Academy
We have our own academy. In the academy, we train trainees to become recruiters. During the first weeks of the traineeship, you will be trained in the academy, attend many training courses, but you will also receive hands-on guidance during your first steps as a recruiter.
Once you have completed your first weeks, you are ready to join your own team. Experienced colleagues within your team will guide you to continue your development and help you become perhaps the best recruiter in the Netherlands.
Our reward!
- From 1 January 2025, the starting salary will be €3,250.
- Besides this salary, you can claim your sports subscription monthly as well as your internet and phone charges.

Whenever one of our offices (our “cells”) becomes too large, we split it. This helps us preserve the strength and agility of a small team. We call this Cell division.
