Your challenge
Als Business Developer bij Hero in Hoorn ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten in de regio. Hero bemiddelt meer dan 2.000 interim professionals bij opdrachtgevers in heel Nederland, en jij zorgt dat er steeds meer van die opdrachtgevers uit jouw regio komen.
Hero Hoorn staat aan het begin van een nieuw groeihoofdstuk. Vers leiderschap, grote ambities en volop ruimte voor iemand die wil bouwen. Hero groeit jaarlijks met 30 tot 40 procent, puur op eigen kracht. In Hoorn merk je die ambitie direct.
What will you do?
- Nieuwe klanten werven via cold calling, netwerken en eigen initiatief
- Hero presenteren aan potentiële opdrachtgevers in de regio
- De behoefte van prospects vertalen naar Hero’s dienstverlening
- Samenwerken met accountmanagers en recruiters voor een soepele overdracht
- Bijdragen aan aanbestedingen en tenders
- Bijdragen aan de groeistrategie van Hero Hoorn
This is you
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Commercieel sterk en resultaatgericht
- Niet bang om koud te bellen en nieuwe relaties op te bouwen
- Ervaring in sales of business development, bij voorkeur in de flexmarkt
- Rijbewijs (je bent regelmatig bij klanten in de regio)
- 40 uur per week beschikbaar, fulltime op kantoor in Hoorn
