Your challenge
AI verandert hoe organisaties werken, en Hero loopt daarin voorop. Met ruim 2.000 professionals die wij dagelijks aan het werk hebben, zijn er processen in recruitment, contracts, sales en marketing die slimmer, sneller en beter kunnen. Jij gaat die slag helpen maken.
Als AI Developer Trainee word je opgeleid in ons AI-team in Wognum. Geen startersbaantje waarbij je in het diepe gegooid wordt en daarna aan je lot overgelaten. Je werkt mee aan échte projecten, bouwt AI-oplossingen die de hele Hero-organisatie vooruithelpen, en leert van mensen die dagelijks met de nieuwste tools werken. Claude Code, Cursor, agents, automatiseringen. En als morgen iets beters bestaat, werk je daarmee.
Hero groeit jaarlijks met 30 tot 40 procent. Die groei vraagt intelligente systemen en mensen die die systemen bouwen. Jij bent de bouwer van morgen.
- Meewerken aan AI-toepassingen die Hero-processen versnellen, van recruitment tot marketing tot contracts
- AI-oplossingen bouwen met moderne tools zoals Claude Code, Cursor en vergelijkbare AI-native ontwikkelomgevingen
- Automatiseringen opzetten en testen die collega’s tijd besparen en slimmer laten werken
- Sparren met het AI-team over welke problemen in de organisatie het beste via AI opgelost kunnen worden
- Ideeën omzetten in werkende prototypes, bijsturen op basis van feedback en live zetten
- Bijdragen aan DevOps: van idee naar productie, zodat oplossingen ook écht gebruikt worden
This is you
- HBO werk- en denkniveau, richting informatica, software development, data science of vergelijkbaar
- Affiniteit met AI en de wil om er dagelijks mee te bouwen, niet alleen mee te experimenteren
- Basiskennis van programmeren, of de bereidheid die kennis snel op te doen
- Leergierig, nieuwsgierig en scherp genoeg om nieuwe tools en technieken razendsnel op te pikken
- Teamspeler met eigenaarschap: jij pakt iets op en zorgt dat het klaar komt
- Fulltime beschikbaar en aanwezig op ons kantoor in Wognum
- Geen uitgebreide werkervaring vereist, maar drive en een concrete interesse in AI wel
