Process manager

Will you rise to the challenge?

Processes and operations change rapidly with our growth. Continuous improvement, quality and efficiency is central to us. In the role of Process Manager, you will take on the challenge of taking business processes to the next level in a dynamic environment and and to implement them in our state-of-the-art systems together with IT.

This is what you are strong at.

You map out the current processes, process owners and systems, analyse risks, recognise bottlenecks and translate these into clear improvement proposals. You then discuss these internally: talking, listening, processing information and talking a lot with stakeholders. You create support through workshops and presentations and ensure the smooth implementation and safeguarding of the processes and (new) systems within Hero. As a sparring partner for management and process owners, you are crucial to the success of the process optimisation of both the Contracting team and subsequent departments. In this phase of business development, we review all processes and strive for optimisation. Our goal is to ensure that all processes and systems move smoothly with Hero's growth, providing maximum support for our services.

Our reward!

The salary for this position is between €4,500 and €6,500 gross per month, based of full-time and depending on experience. In addition to this salary, you can claim your sports subscription monthly as well as your internet and phone expenses. The reward is certainly also in your personal development, the delicious lunches, team outings and many other things. And where we can celebrate, we do!

Through years of providing a high level of service, Hero has gained a wide range of of clients. These clients range from leading commercial organisations such as Action and Ahold to hospitals, utilities municipalities, colleges and universities. In addition, Hero increasingly works for government bodies such as the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, where we are preferred supplier. In this way, you broaden your network, knowledge and experience across various sectors.

Whenever one of our offices (our “cells”) becomes too large, we split it. This helps us preserve the strength and agility of a small team. We call this Cell division.
